Cl9 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using cl9's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and cl9 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the cl9 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the cl9 platform. Continued use following any amendments to these terms will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.
The cl9 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. cl9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on cl9 at any time. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
At registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. cl9 reserves the right to verify user identity through a document verification process at any time. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. cl9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact cl9 support immediately.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Cl9 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- The user violates any of the terms set out in this document
- The user engages in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse
- The user employs unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage
- The user's account has been inactive beyond the period stipulated by cl9
- The user provides false information during registration or the verification process
Any remaining funds in an account suspended due to a terms violation will be subject to review and may be forfeited at cl9's discretion.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the cl9 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring all payment information provided is accurate and valid before completing any transaction.
Cl9 accepts a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum limits may vary depending on the payment method chosen. Users are encouraged to check the latest limit details in their account settings.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with cl9's internal verification procedures. cl9 reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Processing times depend on the chosen payment method and current system conditions.
Refund Policy
All deposits credited to an account and used for betting or gaming are non-refundable. Refunds are considered only in specific circumstances, such as a technical failure confirmed by the cl9 team. Any transaction dispute must be submitted to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limitations and User Responsibilities
Cl9 provides its betting and gaming platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform remains available and accurate at all times, cl9 does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical delays.
Cl9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from their use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting or gaming, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond cl9's control.
Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts. Users agree not to use the cl9 platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law, including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that harms other users or the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cl9 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of cl9 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from cl9.

The cl9 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. cl9 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Cl9 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the cl9 platform following any changes to these terms will be taken as your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be deemed void only to the extent of its invalidity, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
